Hi, I'm Jessica.
I specialize in empowering youth ages 18-24 and marginalized groups to identify and articulate their strengths so that they are competitive applicants in our evolving workforce.
I'm passionate about connecting youth to opportunities in the trades by developing partnerships to promote community college programs and apprenticeships.
I've developed concepts such as ESV (Experience, Skills, and Values) and the CHARM method of interviewing to provide the language and storytelling skills that help clients shine their light.
My goal is to make professional development a fun and celebrated part of our life journey.
